Information you submit

When you use a form on this website, Stough Interpreting Agency collects the information you enter so SIA can respond to your request or inquiry. Form submissions are stored privately and a notification is sent to SIA by email.

How SIA uses information

SIA uses submitted information to review service requests, respond to questions, discuss agency partnerships, and follow up about interpreter, mentorship, or internship interest. SIA does not publish form submissions.

Sensitive information

Do not submit diagnoses, medical records, school records, payment information, or other sensitive personal information through public website forms. SIA limits the details included in interpreting-request notification emails; the fuller submission remains in the private site database.
